Our experience spans R&D, product development, regulatory, design transfer, and manufacturing, and our team has participated in exits that include licensing, manufacturing process transfer, whole company acquisition, and IPO.

Amar has been the President and CEO of many companies that have either gone public or been acquired by strategic partners. He holds over 120 patents which form the basis for several first-of-a-kind medical devices that have helped over 5 million patients worldwide. He has founded eight companies which account for over 4,000 jobs created and over $2 billion in revenue to date.

Nick is a seasoned operations executive with strong analytical, organizational, technology, leadership, and relationship building competencies. Before Pramand, Nick was VP of Operations at Augmenix through its successful exit. He was also previously at Brontes Technologies (a 3M company), Confluent Surgical, and Analogic Corporation.

Christina is an experienced operations manager with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Before Pramand, Christina was Senior Director, Manufacturing at Ocular Therapeutix where she managed late-stage clinical development and commercial manufacturing. She was previously at Confluent Surgical.

Mike has 25+ years of medical device development experience focused mainly in hydrogel technology. He has held development roles of increasing responsibility through Focal Therapeutix, Confluent Surgical, Ocular Therapeutix and most recently Access Vascular where he was the Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer.

Sarah is a seasoned regulatory affairs leader known for driving global approval strategies and ensuring ongoing compliance of cutting-edge medical devices and combination products. Before joining Pramand, she advanced her expertise at AbbVie, Abiomed, Hologic, Medtronic, Wright Medical and Boston Scientific. Sarah holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from Boston University, and is RAC-certified.

Jessica is a proven finance leader specializing in building efficient, scalable operations through strategic financial planning, process automation, and systems implementation. She has worked with emerging and expansion stage companies including Alert Innovation, acquired by Walmart Corporation, and Augmenix (acquired by Boston Scientific). Earlier in her career, she worked in executive search, gaining insight into organizational structure and leadership strategy that shapes her approach to scalable operations in evolving organizations. She is a licensed CPA.
